Anyone else have a thing about journals? When I was 12, I got one and wrote in it for about a week or two then....well, left the rest blank. I've gotten numerous ones since but had a bad habit of writing in it for about 2 weeks then would lose interest. That is until, I stopped just writing about myself, like a diary, and it became about God. Now I fill up every page! Amazing Bible verses that spoke to me, leadings of the Lord, affirmations, worries I've written down as I give them to Him to work out, notes from life changing messages from church filled with faith, ideas that have come during my time with God... What is truly amazing is paging through them months and years later to see all God has done! How He has been faithful. Not only that, but as a 12 year old, opening my first journal, I never dreamed I would later come to fill notebook after notebook, writing 6 Historical Christian novels that I would later publish and share with the world.
